To run your reservation and host your stay: confirming dates, collecting payments, sending your booking details, check-in instructions, and trip information, and reaching you if something about your stay needs attention. If you've stayed or inquired with us, we may occasionally email you about El Cerro; every such email includes a way to opt out.
We never sell your information. It is shared only with the services that operate this site and your booking: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and forms), and our email provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
We keep booking records as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows, email us and we'll take care of it.
